He joined the First Nations Venture Capital of Quebec (FNVCQ) in 2004 in the capacity of Investment Manager and is now its General Manager. The First Nations Venture Capital of Quebec is a professional organization with the primary mandate of providing coaching and financial support to Aboriginal businesses involved in start-up, expansion, recovery and acquisition projects. In 2001, Mr. Sioui obtained a Bachelor of Administration (B.A.A.) from Bishop's University in Lennoxville. Thereafter, in 2003, he completed the prestigious Master of Finance (Msc) program at the Université de Sherbrooke. During the same period, he was admitted to the Ordre des comptables généraux accrédités du Québec CGA. Prior to joining the FNVCQ, Mr. Sioui acquired a wealth of professional experience with the central finance department at Hydro-Québec and with PricewaterhouseCoopers as a financial consultant. Mr. Sioui is the son of a Huron-Wendat father and a Innu mother.

Mr. Langis Belzile

Mr. Langis Belzile is a professional who has worked in the field of business financing since 1973. He has more than thirty years of experience in venture capital. Mr. Belzile joined the IPNQ in 2003 as a financial analyst. He can accompany you in the preparation of your business plan, help you with your project’s financing package and above all, participate in its development.


Mr. Jean-Conrad Dussault

A member of the SOCCA team since 1998, Jean-Conrad Dussault now assumes complete responsibility for accounting for FNVCQ, SOCCA, the Aboriginal Savings Corporation of Canada in the capacity of Accounting Officer. Prior to this, he worked as comptroller for a private company for five years and as a technician for an accounting firm for ten years. He is a member of Huron-Wendat Nation and he holds a College Degree in Administration with a major in finance.

Mrs. Denise Jean joined FNVCQ in February 2009 as Administrative Assistant. Prior to this she worked for the Conseil de la Nation huronne-wendat for nearly 20 years, where she held the positions of Administrative Assistant to the Director General and Executive Secretary of the Department of Health and Social Affaires. She is a member of the Huron-Wendat Nation and she holds an Attestation of Collegial Studies in Office Technology.
